These terms are between you and Fulcrum Group Ltd ("we"), a company registered in England and Wales. By playing SPiGAME you agree to them. If you are 13–17, your parent or guardian must agree as well.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13.
- Players aged 13–17 play as Cadets, with the protections described in our Privacy Policy.
- One account per person. Keep your login details safe.
2. Playing safely in the real world
SPiGAME uses real places.
- You are responsible for your own safety.
- Obey the law and traffic rules. Do not trespass, enter restricted areas, or play while driving.
- Never meet strangers you know only from the game.
- No-go zones are excluded from play, but you must still use your own judgement.
3. Rules of conduct
You must not:
- harass, threaten, stalk or bully anyone;
- attempt to contact or locate a Cadet as an adult;
- share real personal information about others;
- post illegal, hateful or sexual content;
- cheat, spoof GPS, exploit bugs, or use bots;
- sell, trade or transfer accounts or items for real money.
See the Code of Conduct in the app. We may warn, suspend or close accounts that break these rules. You can report players in the app.
4. Virtual items and currency
- Credits, bonds, cards, packs and other items are a limited licence to use in the game.
- They have no real-money value. They can't be cashed out, and they can't be exchanged outside the game.
- We may change game balance.
- Some card packs contain random items. The odds and guarantees are shown before you buy, and there is no pity counter.
5. Purchases and subscriptions
- Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and follow their terms.
- Prices include VAT where applicable.
- Right to cancel (digital content): you ask for delivery straight away and agree that you lose the 14-day cancellation right once the content is delivered. Store refund routes remain open.
- Operative Standing Order: a monthly auto-renewing subscription at £7.99 a month.
- It gives 5,000 credits, 50 bonds and 3 AI tokens each period, plus ad-free play and a login bonus.
- It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period, in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
- Access continues to the end of the period you paid for.
- Deleting your SPiGAME account does not cancel a store subscription.
- Cadets: spending is capped monthly.
6. Content and intellectual property
- The game and its content belong to Fulcrum Group Ltd or its licensors.
- Content you create (agent names, chat, concepts you submit) stays yours. You give us a licence to host and show it in the game, and to moderate or remove it.
- Some card art is AI-generated and reviewed by us.
7. Ads
The game shows ads, including optional rewarded ads. Players under 18 and players whose age is not verified see non-personalised ads only.
8. Availability and changes
- The game is provided as it is.
- We may update, change or withdraw features.
- If we close the game, we will give reasonable notice.
9. Liability
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
- We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for injury or damage caused by your failure to play safely.
- Consumers: your statutory rights are not affected.
10. Law
The laws of England and Wales apply. You may also bring claims in the courts where you live in the UK.
