About the game
What is SPiGAME?
SPiGAME: Spy Missions is a location-based espionage game. You are a field agent, and the streets around you are the operations map. When it launches you will take on missions at real public places, gather intel, build dossiers and join an organisation. Missions are being built around real public places now.
Who makes SPiGAME?
SPiGAME is made by Fulcrum Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 11090618).
Where and on what devices will I be able to play?
SPiGAME is coming to iPhone and Android, launching in the United Kingdom first. Other countries may follow later.
When is it out?
It is coming soon. We have not announced a launch date yet. Store links will appear on this site as soon as the app is live.
How much does it cost?
SPiGAME will be free to download and play. There will be optional in-app purchases: card packs, credit bundles and a monthly subscription called the Standing Order. The game also shows ads, including optional rewarded ads.
Age and safety
How old do I need to be?
13 or over. Under-13s cannot create an account.
What is a Cadet?
Players aged 13 to 17 play with a protected Cadet profile, set on our servers. Adults cannot target, track or message Cadets, and a Cadet's position on the map is never shown precisely. Cadets have a monthly spending cap and see non-personalised ads only.
Where can I play safely?
Only at public places where it is safe and legal to be. No-go zones and restricted areas are excluded from the game. Stay aware of your surroundings, respect private property and never trespass.
How do I report a player?
Use Report on the player's profile. In an emergency, call 999.
Location
Why does SPiGAME need my location?
SPiGAME will use your location, only while the app is open, to show missions and places near you, to check you are at a mission location, and to keep restricted areas out of play.
Does it track me in the background?
No. The game will use your location only while it is open. It does not request background location.
Purchases
What are the odds in card packs?
Every pack shows the chance of each rarity, and any cards it guarantees, before you buy (Store > choose a pack > Odds). The odds are set on our servers and are the same for every player. There is no “pity” counter: earlier packs do not change the odds of later ones.
Can I sell items or cash out?
No. Nothing in the game can be sold or exchanged for real money.
What is the Standing Order?
An optional monthly subscription. Each period it gives in-game credits, bonds and AI tokens, plus ad-free play and a login bonus. It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. See the Terms of Service for details.
How do I cancel the Standing Order?
On iPhone: Settings > your name > Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Deleting your SPiGAME account does not cancel a store subscription.
How do I get a refund?
App Store purchases: reportaproblem.apple.com. Google Play purchases: your Google Play order history. Refunded items are removed from your account.

Who is responsible for my data?
Fulcrum Group Ltd is the data controller. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), registration number ZC267475. Contact: privacy@spigame.com.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings > Delete account. You can also follow the steps on our Delete your account page. Deletion is permanent.
