Code of Conduct

SPiGAME is a game about spies, played in real places by real people. This Code of Conduct explains how we expect every agent to behave. It sits alongside our Terms of Service, which you agree to when you play.

1. Respect other players

  • Treat other players with respect.
  • Do not harass, threaten, stalk or bully anyone.

2. Protecting Cadets

  • You must be 13 or over to play. Players aged 13 to 17 play as Cadets, with the protections described in our Privacy Policy.
  • If you are an adult, you must not attempt to contact or locate a Cadet.

3. Keep real personal information private

  • Do not share real personal information about other people.

4. Content

  • Do not post illegal, hateful or sexual content.

5. Play fair

  • Do not cheat, spoof GPS, exploit bugs or use bots.
  • Do not sell, trade or transfer accounts or items for real money.

6. Play safely and legally in the real world

SPiGAME uses real places, and you are responsible for your own safety.

  • Obey the law and traffic rules.
  • Do not trespass, enter restricted areas, or play while driving.
  • Play only at public places where it is safe and legal to be, and respect private property.
  • Never meet strangers you know only from the game.
  • No-go zones are excluded from play, but you must still use your own judgement.

7. Reporting a player

  • Use Report on the player's profile.
  • In an emergency, call 999.
  • You can also email support@spigame.com. Please include your agent name, and never send card details or passwords.

8. What we may do

  • We may warn, suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
  • If you think we got it wrong, email support@spigame.com with your agent name.
